Full Jatra respects intellectual property rights and complies with Google Publisher Policies and applicable copyright laws. This page explains who owns the content on our platform, how we use third-party videos, and how to report copyright concerns.

Full Jatra owns the following original content on this website:

• Website design, layout, branding, and user interface
• Original text, descriptions, and bilingual translations we create
• Content curation, categorization, and search organization
• Logos, graphics, and site-specific features created by Full Jatra

This original content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, scraped, or republished without our written permission.

2. Third-Party Video Content | ତୃତୀୟ-ପକ୍ଷ ଭିଡିଓ ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁ

Full Jatra does not host, upload, or claim ownership of any Jatra performance videos. All videos are embedded from YouTube using YouTube's official embed player and API Services.

• Video files remain hosted on YouTube's servers, not on Full Jatra
• All performance rights belong to the respective copyright owners
• We do not download, re-upload, or redistribute video files
• We do not modify embedded video content beyond standard YouTube player controls

Google Publisher Policies ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଫୁଲ୍ ଯାତ୍ରା ସ୍କ୍ରାପ୍, ପାଇରେଟ୍, କିମ୍ବା ଅନଧିକୃତ କପିରାଇଟ୍ ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରେ ନାହିଁ।

4. YouTube Embedding | YouTube ଏମ୍ବେଡ୍

Our use of YouTube content is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms.

• We embed only publicly available YouTube videos using the official iframe player
• Playback, ads, and restrictions are controlled by YouTube and the video owner
• We comply with YouTube's requirement to attribute content to its original creators

We strive to accurately credit Jatra troupes, production companies, and performers. Video titles and metadata are sourced from publicly available YouTube information. If attribution is incorrect, please contact us.

6. Copyright Infringement Notice | କପିରାଇଟ୍ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ ନୋଟିସ୍

If you believe content accessible through Full Jatra infringes your copyright, send a written notice to fulljatra@gmail.com with subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice".

Your notice must include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. The specific Full Jatra page URL and YouTube video URL
4. A good faith statement that the use is not authorized
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Copyright owners may also file claims through YouTube Copyright Center. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable the embedded video on our site.

8. Content Removal Process | ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁ ଅପସାରଣ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା

When we receive a valid copyright notice, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt within 2–3 business days
2. Review the notice for completeness and good faith
3. Remove or disable the embedded video link if the claim is valid
4. Notify the complainant of the action taken

9. Repeat Infringer Policy | ବାରମ୍ବାର ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନକାରୀ ନୀତି

Full Jatra may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

10. Counter-Notification | ପ୍ରତିକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନୋଟିସ୍

If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification to fulljatra@gmail.com with your contact information, identification of removed content, a good faith statement, and consent to jurisdiction in India. Content may be restored after 10–14 business days unless a court action is filed.

Submitting false or bad-faith infringement notices may result in legal liability. Please ensure your claim is accurate before filing.
